How to deal with the fault of the cleaner

According to the actual needs of cleaner production, the common faults and treatment methods of cleaners are as follows:


1. Roller bearing is damaged


(1) No protective cover


In order to replace the disc brush when disassembly is convenient, the original sweeping roller bearings are exposed design, which causes the bearing to directly contact with dirty dust, accelerate the wear of the bearing. Treatment method: Install dustproof cover on the bearing of the cleaner.


(2) unable to lubricate


The original cleaner bearings are maintenance-free and have no grease passage. In the case of heavy cleaning tasks in the port area (the equipment utilization rate is as high as 77.3%), the cleaner has been in the harsh environment of heavy load and dirty dust, and the bearing is in dry friction condition for a long time, which aggravates the wear of the bearing and greatly reduces the service life of the bearing.


Treatment method: Redesign the bearing seat, and add grease filling passage on the bearing seat, replace the original maintenance-free bearing with lubricating bearings, and increase the fixing device of the bearing seat.


In addition, in view of the heavy cleaning task and the harsh working condition of the cleaner, the lubrication frequency is increased, and the lubrication cycle of the cleaner bearing is determined to be 2 times a day.


(3) bearing easy to fall off


The road condition of the sweeper is poor, the turbulence is large, and the sweeper sweep roller bearing is mounted in Mosaic mode without fixed device, which is easy to fall off from the bearing seat during operation, causing damage.


Treatment method: The operator is required to operate the equipment correctly. When the vehicle turns during the cleaning process, the rotating device of the cleaner should be turned off in time; The steering action can also be performed after lifting the cleaner without closing the rotating device.


2. The hydraulic motor of the cleaner is damaged


(1) The hydraulic motor is easy to be damaged by foreign bodies


During cleaning operations, the hydraulic motor is wound by the packing nets or woven bags of the covered goods at the quayside (or scratched by hard objects such as iron wire), resulting in deformation and damage of the motor oil seal, resulting in oil leakage.


Treatment method: Strengthen the training of the driver's operation skills, require the operator to be familiar with the operating road conditions during the operation process, and avoid the complex section in time. At the same time, an elastic anti-wear sealing sleeve is installed at the end of the connecting shaft between the motor and the support to reduce the probability of contact with debris.
